MQHS’ waitlist is undergoing changes to keep the list current and streamlined to accommodate families requiring housing more efficiently.
New waitlist procedure effective January 1, 2024.
- Any inactive applications submitted prior to January 1, 2023, will be removed from our waitlist system.
- If you find that your application has been removed, please contact Tenant Intake 604-820-3324 ext. 110 to reinstate.
The application should take approximately 10 mins to complete.
Applications will not be accepted if any of the mandatory fields are missing.
Before you begin the application, please have the following information ready to add.
- Income Amount and Source: You will be required to attach either Most Recent Notice of Assessment OR current income documents such as: Paystubs; Income Assistance Form; Pension Statements, Bank Statements etc. “Proof of Income Guide”
- Asset Information Ex: Stocks, cash savings balance, RRSPS Etc.
- Minimum 3 references: Name, phone number, and relationship.
- Recent Residency History: Address, reason for leaving, landlord contact.
