BBQs are permitted only on ground floor concrete patios and should be used at least two feet from the building. Do not store or transport propane tanks through the building or unit. BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the Riverstone property.
No items are allowed to be attached to balcony railings as required by our insurer due to the risk they pose if they fall.
Bird feeders (excluding hummingbird) are not permitted on patios or balconies as they are likely to attract pests.
You must not allow anything to fall or spill from your patio. If you have plants on your balcony, they must have proper plant trays and should be raised from the patio to prevent discolouration or damage. Any item on your patio should be secured or otherwise prevented from blowing off the patio.
Patios are not to be used to enter or exit your unit, please instruct your guests to use the main entrance only. Furniture or other large items are not to be moved in or out of the unit via the balcony or a patio with railings.
Pools are not permitted to be used anywhere on MQHS property as they pose a safety risk. Sprinklers are only permitted to be used at single family homes and are not permitted at apartment or townhouse complexes.
