ABOUT THIS RESIDENCE
St’at’xwaya is a townhouse complex located in central Mission within walking distance to amenities and public transportation. There are 37 townhouses that offer 2 to 4 bedrooms. Residents have access to an amenity space for gatherings. These townhouses are ideal for families and rent will be scaled based on each household’s income.
QUALIFICATIONS
Subsidized housing rent levels are based on the combined income of all adults residing in the home.
Subsidized housing is available to people who permanently reside in British Columbia. Rental amounts are calculated on a rent-geared-to-income basis (30% of household total gross income, subject to minimum rent based on # of people).
Indigenous applicants only
To be eligible for subsidized housing the applicant must show they are able to maintain a successful independent tenancy and meet the household, residency, income and assets criteria.
